HEALTHY STRAWBERRY SHORT CAKE IN A MUG
PERSONAL SERVING

INGREDIENTS :
1 mug
1 small piece of angel food cake low cal as possible (I mean small!! SELF-CONTROL!)
2 heaping spoonfuls of fat free plain Greek yogurt.
Water
6 strawberries
5 tbsp agave nectar
5 tbsp honey (I use high quality honey for small stuff)
2 packets stevia
6 blueberries
2 small glass bowls
A spoon
A fork
A sharp knife
Cutting board
2 tsp Vanilla flavoring (I make mine homemade) natural…..

FIRST STEP
Strawberries:
Take 1 of the glass bowls & put 1/4 cups of H2O into it.  To the water add 3 tbs agave nectar, 2 tbs of honey, & 1 stevia packet.  Stir to mix.

WASH strawberries & blueberries, then dice by hand or for a more purified topping you could blend all of this together.  Add to sweet water mixture.  Take your fork & smoosh strawberries or take a bartenders muddler to make it easier. Now set in fridge.

SECOND STEP
whipped topping:
Take the last glass bowl add the yogurt, vanilla flavoring (I add vanilla bean to my topping), the rest of the stevia, honey, & agave to yogurt in bowl.  Mix together throughly.

THIRD STEP
Making the fun!
Add your sponge cake to the bottom of the mug.  Add the strawberries on top of the cake (the more liquid added will soak the sponge cake) & top with your yogurt whipped cream.
*I like extra juice on my cake because the flavor & sweetness is in it

NOTE: DEVOTION NUTRITION CARRIES ANGEL FOOD CAKE PROTEIN.  YOU CAN USE THAT TO MAKE YOUR BASE.  THERE’S TONS OF RECIPES OUT THERE FOR PANCAKES, MUFFINS, OR MUG CAKES WITH PROTEIN POWDER IN THE RECIPE.  ANY OF THISE WOULD DOUBLE THE NUTRITION IN THIS DESSERT.
