PRODUCT REVIEW: Lecheek Nutrition’s AmpiLean Black

image

image

I first found Lecheek Nutrition when a good friend and IFBB Pro Haley was sponsored by them.  I began to ask her for her opinion on what I should take to lose more weight because I had hit a plateau.  Haley suggested OXY ECA BLK.  So I used her code and bought myself a full bottle.  I want you to note I have bought this religiously for years.  I recognize I’m not talking about AmpiLean, but stay with me.

With this product this is the loss of weight:

image

As you can clearly tell it worked!  Since I had lost so much weight I noticed my legs were bird like & my ass was legit nonexistent.  So began the great weight gain journey.  I quit ordering OXY ECA BLK for over a year because I was no longer in need of that kind of supplement.  Imagine my surprise when I could not find it! It was the best supplement I had come across by far!  It got me to really focus and push myself!

I began the search for the replacement for my OXY ECA BLK.  After long hours of searching I found that OXY ECA BLK lives!  Lecheek Nutrition simply changed the name to AmpiLean Black.

image

I gave you all the above information to let my readers know that I’ve been using Lecheek Nutrition’s products for over five years, and a tad bit of history behind the name and what it was called before AmpiLean.

Now for my review!  As you can clearly tell this is going to be one hell of a review because I simply love it.  I would say after purchasing 6 bottles from the Lecheek Nutrition I would know what I’m talking about.  Since the formula for the black and the ampilean is exact same for the most part the review will be the exact same for both.

This supplement is for serious users only!  This pre-workout pill is like Hydroxycut on major steroids.  So if you’re a beginner buying this product I suggest you take only a half day at a time to see your tolerance.   At the maximum dose you would need to put in 3 hours in the gym or run a complete 5K and put your all into it.  If you think you’re going to take this supplement & do a small workout & then veg on the couch you’re in for a rude awakening.  This product will give you the jitters and the shakes if you do not work out. If you do work out hardcore it is the best workout for focus, endurance, and maximum effort.  I’ve used this supplement in softball games, running 5k’s, running mud runs, and hardcore gym training sessions.  It has been one of the key successes in my athletic career.

This is a stimulant as well as a thermogenic. It will have a crash to it in the end. You may feel cold when you crash because that’s the thermogenic wearing off.  It will speed up your heart rate so if you have a heart condition or high blood pressure I suggest you go to the doctor first before beginning this supplement. I even went to the doctor and had my blood pressure and heart rate checked before beginning the supplement just to be safe.

In conclusion if you’re a serious athlete and you hit a plateau this is a supplement for you. I have used a supplement for over 5 years and I would not write this kind of review over it if I did not have personal experience from it.  Now that I’m down to prep season again I will be making the order for a new bottle of AmpiLean Black.  In my opinion one of the best supplements on the market!

PRODUCT REVIEW: EVL Nutrition’s Lean Stack

image

image

I received this stack from EVL Nutrition in a promotional test to see what I thought.  I went to the EVL Nutrition’s website, where the first thing that caught my eye was bodybuilding’s 2015 supplement breakout brand of the year.

image

image

This is EVL Nutrition’s Weight Loss Stack.  The stack includes a bottle of Transform as well as Leanmode.  Leanmode is stimulant free so it is perfect to stack with any pre-workout.  This product does appetite control, metabolism boosting, fat burning, energy-boosting, and mood enhancing.

Transform will be a thermogenic fat loss formula.  It is scientifically engineered to burn fat, craving control, metabolism-boosting, and increased energy. This supplement does have caffeine and other stimulants in it.

image

Pictured above is my stack setting on my supplements shelf.  Below is a picture of one dose of each in my hand.

image

Transform, as far as the stimulant, isn’t so extreme that you feel tweaked out all the time. The crash from Transform isn’t as intense as some pre-workouts I’ve taken. In some sense, that’s not a bad thing, because if you’re not wanting to crush it in the gym for two to three hours there’s no point not an extreme stimulant pre-workout.  For those just dabbling in pre-workouts this is a perfect snack for you. The great thing about Leanmode is the fact that it is stimulant free and you can easily stack it with any other pre-workout that you might take of a different brand.

Seeing as I got this free I did research on the pricing on two different websites. How did the pricing for a EVL Nutritions website as well as Bodybuilding.com’s website.  Below will be screenshots of their websites with pricing, and below that will be links to their both their websites.

I did not want to do this review till after I’d taken the entire stack. With this stack I was capable of maintaining great muscle mass while leaning out all at the same time. The water loss on these products was amazing!  I don’t look at the scale as far as my weight going down because I’m trying to build muscle mass, my weight went up 5 pounds and I dropped a pant size.  So for me that’s perfect!

If you’re new to bodybuilding or wanting to lose weight this stack is perfect for you. If you’re an experienced bodybuilder such as myself this stack might be a little less than what you’re needing. If anything, it’s worth a try because it was worth the time for me. Plus the product is not expensive. So if you don’t like it you’re not out a ton of money!

The average rating on bodybuilding.com ranged from 9.1-9.8.  Not a bad statistic for bodybuilding.com!

PRODUCT REVIEW: EFX Sport Joint Support Topical Cream

image

image

I had never heard of EFX SPORTS before in my entire life.  I first came across them on a Facebook post. It was one of those contests that you always see entering by liking the page, commenting, and sharing in hopes to actually win something.  I have won stuff on Facebook, like from Tropical Glamour Boutique in Kennett, Missouri.   So when I got my package in the mail I was rather surprised! Let me show you what they actually sent me!

image

Yea! I know right! That’s a ton of shit! That tiny bottle in the center of the picture, that’s going to be the topic of this whole blog post!

image

This is a picture from their website. As you can clearly see they offer a package joint rehab support kit. It comes with joint support tabs along with the topical analgesic. I take Osteo Bi-Flex constantly, so I’m hoping at some point to be able to try their joint support and see if it works better than Osteo Bi-Flex. What I did get in my freebie pack from their online contest, was the topical analgesic that is also offered in their pack on their website.  Plus, as you clearly see in the picture it’s on sale and cheaper than buying Osteo Bi-Flex.

I took a few pictures of their website to show what they say about this joint support kit. The pictures are below.

Now for my review.  I’m going to rave on EFX Sports prices on this one. I have religiously used Voltaren gel which is prescription for over 4 years.  It’s a topical NSAID. You cannot over use that product just like you couldn’t overuse ibuprofen or Tylenol.  Since receiving this product for free through the mail, my husband and I both have use this product religiously. We have used it so much that I’m almost out and I’m not happy about it. Hey, EFX I’m about out if you want to send me some more hook me up!

My husband and I have both agreed that this product is better than Voltaren gel. I did not do the test just on myself but both my husband and myself did this experiment. He too has joint problems so I thought what a better way to see if the product really works is to let a second person have an opinion on the product. His opinion is exactly like mine.

I will be buying more of this product along with their pills in their kit. If the lotion works that well, then I want to see what the rest of the kit does also.

The only thing different I can find in this product that makes it different than any other topical cream I’ve used is this….. somehow in this cream they have put a patented pH controled matrix containing kre-alkaline which is buffered creatine monohydrate bonded to Ester fat fatty acids!

Below are the pictures of my product. Give it a try!

GET TO KNOW ME: My Product Review Disclaimer

image

To All Readers:

I want to start with honesty.  I do have sponsors that give me product.  If I do any post about a sponsor’s item you will know.

Each and every post is done over a product I have either won on Facebook, it has been given to me to try for my brutal feedback, or I  have personally bought the item myself.  Never biased opinions, ethically speaking.

I’m very descriptive in my reviews.  I’m brutally honest, I give fair chances, & I  have used the product long enough to know what I’m talking about.

RECIPES! Peanut Butter Fudge Protein Shake!

image

Who doesn’t love peanut butter fudge? I know I do!  Sometimes the old protein shake can get real old real quick. I’m always searching for new ways to spice up my protein shake so it never becomes just normal.  This post is dedicated to my favorite fudge ever; the great and amazing peanut butter fudge!  The best part about this protein shake, no blender needed. I use my blender bottles.

The blender bottles I use usually have a whisk in the bottom of them, pictured below. This wisk, I have found, is the very best in the de-clumping procedure of protein mixes. Who enjoys clumps of protein in your mouth when you’re drinking it? I sure as heck don’t!

image

I recently switch protein powders. I never really thought of how much I was paying in retrospect to the flavor of the powder. Until recently, the only protein powder Walmart carried was Six Star Vanilla whey protein.  I live in a small rural town of only 1,700 people. So if Walmart only carried one protein powder at the time that was my only option. I want you to know that the 6 star Vanilla whey protein powder was very drinkable and I have no complaints.  Recently, Walmart started carrying MusclePharm’s vanilla whey and casein protein powder. This was right up my alley seeing I was about to buy casein protein by itself.  I popped for the 5 extra dollars and got the vanilla whey & casein protein powder by MusclePharm.  I am so happy I did! I simply cannot believe the difference in the taste of the vanilla protein powder. I don’t think I’ll be going back to 6 star unless I’m extremely broke!

image

In this recipe you do not have to use my brands.  I am just showing you what I use.

In your blender bottle put 2 scoops of MusclePharm’s vanilla whey protein (SOLD AT WALMART)
3 Tbs of Plain PB2 (SOLD AT WALMART)

image

2 Tbs of glutamine powder  (SOLD AT WALMART)

image

In the past I’ve added chia seeds to this shake.  You never know they are there! Now shake shake shake-shake shake shake, shake your shaker, shake your shaker!  And your booty!

Enjoy!  This is my morning or evening sweet crave cheat!

PRODUCT REVIEW: WOD Fitters Foam MFR Roller

image

image

image

I have been on my fitness journey now for 5 years. I have always seen those foam rollers, and wondered what the heck are they for? I started looking at them at Walmart. The basic foam roller with no studs or ribs on it wasn’t too bad of a price, but I wasn’t willing to pay it. I then noticed one that had some texture on the roller. The price on it was even more and I still deemed it not worth it. So I left Walmart with no foam roller in hand.

Recently the workout Gods dropped a WOD Fitters foam roller at my front door. I won it on their Facebook contests they run, so FYI THEIR FACEBOOK CONTESTS ARE LEGIT. It came with its own little bag to put it in for traveling. I also noticed that the foam roller itself was not only ribbed but also studded. I then did a little research over the foam roller itself from WOD fitters. I found that the material that this roller is made out of resistant to microbes. Not saying I don’t clean it, but the fact that microbes can’t attach itself to it is a pretty damn good selling point.

I used to my new foam roller post-workout the day after I received it. I had done much research on YouTube about how to effectively foam roll my muscles. I was very skeptical at how this would help me, but once I used it it was like a million little Chinese elbows digging into my muscles. The feeling of the deep tissue massage done by this foam roller left me feeling amazing afterwards! If it ain’t hurting when you’re rolling; it ain’t going to feel good when you’re done.

In my opinion, this is the best foam roller I have found on the market. Decently priced when I looked at their website, & they seem to stand behind their product! WOD Fitters also offers many other massage products for athletes on their website which I will be purchasing in the future.

PRODUCT REVIEW: Quest Protein Bars “strawberry cheesecake”

image

image

I first came across quest bars on Facebook.  All the fitness groups I am a member of on Facebook as well as on bodyspace has made me read a lot from my fitness family about Quest Bars being awesome.  I usually buy my protein bars at Walmart or Aldi.  My favorite protein bar from Aldi is the peanut & honey covered in yogurt. My daughter and I, our favorite protein bar from Walmart is cookie dough.

In my small hometown with a population of only 1700 people, Walmart & Aldi is about all we have here. When we go over to Jonesboro, Arkansas we like to visit the Kroger. Kroger tends to carry a lot of foodie items that I really truly enjoy. While surfing the protein bar isle, I was enthralled at how many choices I had in front of me.  I have not only the options I had at Walmart, but now I have the option of trying a Quest Bar finally!  I chose Quest Bars strawberry cheesecake flavored protein bar. The bar was a bit more pricey than what I’m used to, but it was worth a try based on the reviews I’ve heard.

image

I noticed the nutritional values on the back of the packaging for the bar. Look above at the picture it pretty much explains for itself! From what I’ve experienced so far this is the truly only low carb are on the market with just two grams of active carbs. Those carbs are only from nutts and not sugars.  Protein in the whole bar is 20 grams!  I was very impressed by what I saw on the nutritional values.

LIKE ALWAYS WHAT YOU WANT TO REALLY KNOW! DID I LIKE THE FLAVOR?!

A protein bar will be a protein bar. Anyone who has ate a protein bar will know that it can be kind of gritty.  Just like all protein bars this bar is no different in that aspect. I was impressed by the natural strawberries that are actually within the bar itself.  Below are pictures of the bar once I opened it.

image

image

You can somewhat see the little flakes of dehydrated strawberries in the picture.  I was impressed at the fact that the cheesecake flavoring did not overpower the strawberry taste.   This was my first flavor of trying, but I did enjoy the strawberry cheesecake.

Was the bar worth the price? I don’t think so. I don’t think I’ll be buying another strawberry cheesecake flavor, but I will be trying some of the other flavors and I will be keeping you posted.

Please note this will be a protein bar I will be using during prepping weeks.

Until then, happy hunting and keep pushing strong.
