Poor Man’s Healthy wrap
1 Wheat tortilla
Gas stove (optional)
.15 oz grilled chicken breast (leftovers)
1 kale leaf
1 romaine leaf
1 tomato slice
1 thinly sliced onion
1 tbs of Greek yogurt
1 pinch of fresh or dried dill
Take the tortilla if you are going to use the gas stove and lay it on the flame. Char the back to your liking. If not using a gas stove, skip to the next part.
Spread the yogurt down putting the dill down on top using the yogurt as glue.
Put on the chicken followed with the veggies.
Fold over and enjoy!
